Another good day.
Date: April 3, 2016
Days Spent on Project: 1138
Location: NW Portland, OR
Person I would have sent it to: TBD
Music I listened to while sewing: Taylor Swift’s “Style” again and again and again today.
Thoughts/Feelings behind the block: Last night I was good. I made myself a sandwich… then had some beets… then some crackers… then some trail mix. I put myself in bed by 10pm and read more of GREAT EXPECTATIONS.
I think I had fallen asleep by 11pm, at the very latest.
Today, I woke up. Bought myself a large coffee. Went to the gym. Took the dog for an hour long walk around the neighborhood. He had enough drive to walk the entire way; he was acting like his old self! Maybe he was suffering from lack of sunlight, too?
Met up with the friend for the fourth time. Got home close to seven to walk the dog, feed him, and have dinner.
It’s 9pm. I’m drinking seltzer. I had a sandwich and crackers.
I think I am going to see the friend again soon.
It can feel crazy when you meet someone and you want to keep them talking as long as possible and just hang out for as long as possible and think that you should text them “thank you for the afternoon” on your walk home just because you want them to know you had fun, right?
